What is HypnoMothering®?
HypnoMothering® is a program to help new moms transition into motherhood. It is designed to give tools for the new mom to reduce stress, relax and let go of worries and anxieties that may come up in the day-to-day routines of taking care of a new baby.
Developed by two hypnotherapists, each a mother of twins, this fun, practical class teaches mothers easy and fast self-hypnosis techniques to make the most of limited sleep, keep calm and balanced on challenging days, and find focus and mindfulness amidst the myriad of feelings that mothers face.

This program consists of four 45 minute sessions and includes handouts and the HypnoMothering® download.
The classes are conveniently held in your home and are intended as one-on-one sessions between me and the mother. It would be most ideal if the baby could be cared for by the other parent or a caregiver during the class time.
Private program fee: $320 (includes any applicable taxes)
If you would like to include postpartum naturopathic consultations (for aftercare, breastfeeding concerns, supplementation and nutrition counseling etc) this can be added on as an additional 30 min per session (at $90 per additional naturopathic consultation).
Your HypnoMothering® sessions and naturopathic consultations may be eligible for coverage under your third party employee benefits or insurance.

Dr. EeVon Ling ND is a certified HypnoMothering® practitioner who is a Naturopathic Doctor, Hypnotherapist, HypnoBirthing Practitioner and doula offering her services from “bump to baby”. A mother of 2 young girls (4 and 6 years old) she recognized a need for mental and emotional support and strategies for dealing with stress among new moms, thus leading her to become trained in teaching HypnoMothering®.
