Very important: The HypnoBirthing® program will provide you with all the materials, information, instruction and in-class practice you need to acheive your relaxed and confident birth. However, home practice of the techniques and exercises taught within the hypnobirthing program is very important to prepare your mind and body and increase your confidence in your body and your own abilities.
